For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply based on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Slytide.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed, or if you suspect that it is lost, please contact us within 15 business days from the expected delivery date. We will investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you have not received your order after 15 business days, please reach out to us with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to track your shipment.
