Refund Policy

At Slytide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with a smooth refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with tags still attached and original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear) are not eligible for returns.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at mtmzvw1597@outlook.com and include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

Our customer service team will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any duties or taxes paid are not refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

  • Your order number

We will review the issue and process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done that and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mtmzvw1597@outlook.com.
